The Stanislaus County Law Library operates under the authority of the California Business and Profession Code §§6300-6500 and was established by the Board of Supervisors on May 11, 1893. It is open to the public.

Mission Statement

The Stanislaus County Law Library provides free access to legal information for the judiciary, members of the State Bar,  public officials, and to all residents of the county for the purpose of education and research.
